Dawn was the former Supervisor for the Pre Primary Program, responsible for overseeing and providing support to the Pre Primary Programs and Early Years Centre within the Halifax Regional Centre for Education. She supervised the Early Childhood Educators (ECE) and worked collaboratively with regional staff, Early Years Branch staff, and community partners, overseeing 23 schools and 86 staff members. In addition to her pre-primary leadership, Dawn was the Executive Director of Wee Care Development Centre for over 26 years.
